At e–Vapes, we make ordering simple and hassle-free. You can place an order by:

To place an order online, simply select the product, click “Add to Cart,” then follow the on-screen instructions to enter your payment details securely.
When you place an order, you are offering to buy goods from e–Vapes. We will send you an order receipt to acknowledge your order, but this does not mean your order is accepted. A contract between us is only formed when we confirm acceptance of your order, subject to availability.
Once your order is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation including your order number. Please keep this email safe for your records.
If we cannot supply the items you ordered, you may either cancel your order for a full refund or choose an alternative product of the same or similar value.
Important: We do not store customers’ financial details on our systems.
Delivery
After your order is accepted, we aim to dispatch it within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Orders placed on Fridays may be dispatched the following Monday. All orders are shipped via a reputable courier and include tracking. To receive your tracking number, please email customerservice@e-vapesuk.co.uk.
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If any items are damaged, ensure the delivery driver notes this on the delivery paperwork.
Allow up to 10 days from the order date for delivery before reporting it as undelivered. If we cannot fulfill your order within this timeframe, we will contact you with a revised delivery date and give you the option to cancel or amend your order.
If you receive faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will either replace the product or issue a refund after reasonable examination. We may request independent verification of the issue.
Please note: We do not offer international shipping and only deliver to UK addresses.

Our Right to Cancel Orders
We reserve the right to cancel current and future orders in the following circumstances:

If our staff are subjected to any form of abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour from the customer.

If the customer has an active chargeback or disputed payment case with us.

If we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity related to the order or payment.

If the order is placed with incorrect or misleading information.

If the customer fails to comply with our terms and conditions.
Pricing
All prices include VAT.
Prices may change from time to time but this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. For unconfirmed orders, if prices change, we will notify you and provide the option to cancel your order.
Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions have been in effect since 01/02/2016 and apply to all orders placed after midnight on this date.
Your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods, or your right to cancel orders under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), are not affected by these terms. For more information on your rights, please contact your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
