Warranty Coverage

E-Vapes offers a 30-day warranty on all hardware and kits from the date of purchase.

If your item is outside this 30-day period, please contact the manufacturer directly, as their warranty terms may differ.

We can only process returns or warranty claims for items purchased through our website.

As all orders are made online, we will verify your purchase using our system. If we cannot locate your order in our records, we will be unable to process the return or issue a replacement.
Website & In-Store Purchases

Please note that our website and physical stores operate as separate entities.

We are unable to process returns or exchanges in-store for items purchased online, and vice versa.

Returns, exchanges, or warranty claims must be handled through the original point of purchase.

As the two systems do not share records, we are only able to assist with orders placed through the specific platform you used.
Returns Process

All original packaging must be returned along with the item and receipt to qualify for an exchange or warranty assessment.

For battery-related issues, once the device has been returned to us, it will be tested by our team. Please allow up to 7 working days for diagnosis and outcome.

If a manufacturer fault is confirmed within the warranty period, we will offer a replacement (not a refund).
Store Credit Exchanges

Store credit exchanges may be offered on consumable items if:

The item is unopened

The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

The customer covers the return postage

Postage and Return Shipping

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Consumable Products

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on consumable items (such as e-liquids, coils, pods, or disposable vapes) if they have been opened or used, unless there is a confirmed fault.

Returns based on personal preference — such as disliking a flavour or nicotine strength — cannot be accepted, as these products are non-resalable once opened.
Warranty Will Be Void If:

The product shows signs of misuse or excessive force.

There is accidental damage or damage due to unauthorized disassembly/modification.

The item was charged using a non-compatible third-party charger, as explained at the time of purchase.

The warranty period has expired.
Refunds and Consumer Rights
Right to Cancel:
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods and receive a full refund. To do this, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the items within the following 14 days. Returned items must be unsealed, unused, and in a condition that allows them to be resold.
Returns:
To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Consumable Products:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, consumable products such as e-liquids, coils, pods, and disposable vapes cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used, unless they are faulty.
Faulty Goods:
If your product is faulty, please contact us immediately. We will inspect the item and, if a fault is confirmed, offer a full refund or replacement free of charge. Return shipping costs for faulty items will be covered by us.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at purchase and processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice or returned goods.
